• Power load, cooling and PDU requirements modelled and agreed with the DC team before fit-out

• Hardware generations consolidated in-frame, avoiding additional cabinets at build time

Enterprise Database Consolidation

• 5 platforms into 1 standard

• Governance and support standardised across business-unit tenants

Core Banking Platform Modernisation

• Migrated onto Exadata, one of the earliest implementations of its kind worldwide

• Delivery coordinated across business, vendor and infrastructure teams under steering committee governance
